To promote a daily practice that unifies body, mind, spirit and allows for patient development of all aspects of each person’s individual path. To encourage others to approach their practice with an attitude of reverence and gratitude.

I took my first yoga class in college to complement my athletic training and to improve overall mobility and flexibility and fell in love with the practice. Initially attracted to the physical aspect, I quickly realized how much the meditative and spiritual aspects were influencing my life in a positive way. I have worked as a personal trainer and CrossFit instructor since 2008 and received my 200 Hour YTT certification as a way to help my students as well as anyone else who wished to learn how to stay connected to their bodies and enjoy the benefits of yoga. My passion is to share the positive effects yoga has had upon my life in hopes of continuing this positive effect within others. Namaste!
